How I felt:
Pretty darn, good until my lunch made my stomach hurt

how much water:

what exercise:
Zumba for 30 min. , squats, lunges

My mantra:
I make right choices!

So I am glad I have the support from you guys. It gets hard sometimes to make the right decisions, I guess its like that with everything in Life though. I noticed if I don't go to the gym first thing in the morning, it can really make it easy not to go later. I had to workout at home( I have a zumba video). I was going to go tonight, but my hubby isn't home from the basketball game and it is already 11:30. The likelihood of that is slim, since I have to get up early tomorrow(and when I say early I mean 8:00,lol) .
So the day started good with my eating, UNTIL my friend Sarah asked me to go to lunch with her! I wasn't going to, but she needed me. Some girl time, she needs support right now since she is going thru somethings. So like a recovering alcoholic, I went. Red Robin of all places(one of my FAVS). I consciously thought, I am going to have to report to you all, so I have to make healthier choices. I thought of salads, no to boring and still can be dangerously high in cal. So I came with a solution. All in all, I was pretty proud of myself!! I did however give in to some fries, and I wouldn't have, but seeing Sarah enjoying them, I GAVE IN.
Regret came after, because my stomach hurt, not a hurt of fullness, but a gargling feeling like what did I just put in me!! I knew then that by eating good for over 2 weeks, that my body was already happy with me, and now I upset it. I learned my lesson. It probably would of been better if I would of taken my Isagenix Enzymes. So I decided that when I got home I would take a cleansing drink shot to help me. And it did.

I know some of you think that I am Miss Perfect when it comes to Isagenix, but I am not. I learn things everytime I do this. The grateful thing about it is, even if you don't do it perfectly, you still will get results, as long as you keep trying, and learning from your mistakes. That is what I am trying to do.

Here is what I had:
Breakfast: Isagenix Shake
Lunch: Red Robin- some Spinach Dip w/ Celery(and maybe 4 chips), I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Burger, and I TOOK OFF THE BUN!(so it was justchicken, pineapple, tomato, and swiss), and some fries.- 357 cal
snack: Isafruits and cleanse for life drink with 24 oz of H2O(lol) -70cal
Dinner: Isagenix Shake
Snack-lite popcorn(dang it I was hungry!)-250 cal.

  3. I've had a tough time making the right choices lately too and my body lets me know it. Back on track tomorrow!
