So I am glad that our whole family is done with the awful stomach bug!! I woke up this morning thanking God for my wellness! I am a little weak ,but all in all I feel great! I was sooo hungry when I woke up so I "splurged" and put blueberries and strawberries in my shake, and it was GLORIOUS! I am determined to get back on track today, I can taste my goal so close I just have to be persistent.
So today I felt like I was playing catch up with the house. Momma takes one day off and boom, messy house with loads of laundry! Plus, I was working helping people start the Isagenix program and customizing their program, so I kind of lost track of time! So I ended up running out the door to go work at the gym, without having my shake and so I grab another zone bar. But, I have to say, I did pretty good, and I am excited to make it to my goal! And back to my skinny jeans!
Here is what I ate:
Breakfast: Isagenix shake with 2 strawberries and 10 little blueberries
Snack: English Egg Muffin- 243cal ( ibought extra large eggs by accident!ugh.)
Lunch: zone bar
snack: zone bar
Dinner: Ground turkey tacos with guacamole- 786 cal. ( i guess I was hungry, oops)
Ok so thanks to Amanda, the website that we got our little "weight loss Tickers". It is actually a really good website that you can put in everything you ate and it calculates it all for you! I love it because you can find basically everything on there. Like I put in Isagenix and it pulled it up and it was right! This will help a lot to really know how many calories I am eating, how many calories I am burning too. I suggest it!
