So today I woke up feeling, that yes I can do this! Even though I had my ups and downs, I know that this is a process and I will get better and better. I am learning more and more what my body likes and doesn't like. It's all about listening to your body, and not ignoring the signals on what you should be putting in it. I have decided not to buy The Baked cheddar and sour cream chips anymore! I know this is huge for me, but I have realized I can't do well on the portions and I end up feeling gross every time. So even though I will go through withdrawals, I am going to do it. I am going to change a few things and see if it helps. I just have to think my reasons why and what I can achieve if I stick to this, when I want to quit. So I know my 30 days is almost up, but I am going to keep going! yep!
Here is what I ate:
Breakfast: Isagenix Shake
Lunch: arepas with bbq pulled chicken with avacado, and cabbage salad (i didn't over eat!, I had my friend stephanie over and thats what she wanted to try!)
dinner: Isagenix shake with berries
snack: yogurt creamie (only 105 cal! Give me a break!)
For your info, I will weigh myself thursday :) Eeek!
