Day 3

6½(eek I know.)

How did I feel today?
I had a headache again, this afternoon!

How much water did I drink?
92 0z.

My exercise for the day?
20 min of elliptical, weights, abs
My Mantra:
I inspire people to be better

So I have had an ah-ha moment, that might seem silly to you. But, with the headaches I have been getting it dawned on me, that before I would take my cleansing day as my only day cleansing, and my shake days just as the nutrition part. But, I realized that EVERYTHING is the cleanse(duh, right?). What I realize is that my body is still releasing toxins even when I am on shake days, so it has been really important drinking my water! Sleeping is really important too, which I know I have been sucking at(which doesn't help the headaches). So that I need to work at.
Ok so I almost didn't go to the gym because I had a busy day ahead of me. I really dragged and since I didn't feel the best, so it was definitely a lighter workout then usual.
I am all in all feeling really optimistic and excited! I have to confess I weighed myself again this morning and I lost another pound!! (Note to self take the scale out of my bathroom.)

Today was the 411 to a better body party! And it turned out really good! I am so excited for all the girls who are going to start this journey too! And those who got re-motivated! These parties are so awesome for people to learn more about it! We have a few lined up, but if you want to have one in your area let me know!

Ok, so here is what I ate:
Breakfast-IsaShake with protein and isagreens
Snack- egg muffin sandwich (1 egg, turkey bacon, whole wheat muffin,slice of low fat cheese) 235 cal
lunch- ground turkey lettuce wraps-379 cal
snack- zone bar 200 cal
extra snack- just really small samples of Isagenix bars and fiber cookie
Dinner- Isa shake with greens
