Today was pretty good! I went to the gym to teach my spin class and even though I was tired, I felt like I got a good workout. It is so nice to go to a class and see friends that support me! It makes teaching more enjoyable!
I ate pretty good today, I feel like I am getting the hang of it, it doesn't mean that I still dont get tempted of course,because I do!! I realized that I started craving something bad when I start to get hungry, luckily I went home and had a shake and that feeling was gone.
I feel like I need to kick working out a notch, so I asked Hunter if he would go running with me tonight, luckily he said sure. It was a short run, but any little bit counts.
Here's what I ate:
Breakfast: Isagenix Shake
Snack: egg english muffin( I know I love these!!!)
lunch: Isagenix shake
snack: zone bar
Dinner: chicken corn tacos with guacamole( I know, but hunter asked for these!We love them!) I did have a handful of chips to dip in my guac. :)
