Ugh, don't even ask! I was up every hour with my 2 yr. old while she barfed.

How did I feel:
Tired, and my stomach was a little upset, dont know if it was all the throw-up I had to deal with
How much water did I drink:
So ashamed to say....48 oz.
what exercise I did:
Spin Class (i know I should do more)
my Mantra:
I am healthy
UGH!!!! So last night Hunter was saying he didn't feel so good, I thought it was because he ate really crappy at his guys night. But, when we were about to go to bed, Aliyah threw up all over her bed! I had to give her a bath and change her sheets. So when I laid her down, I rubbed her back and all of sudden she started to cry and cough a little. So i asked her you gonna throw up? And she shook her head yes. So I picked her up and ran to the bathroom. Luckily, she made it to the toilet. It was so sad to see this little person clenching the toilet, spewing out all kinds of nasty. I felt so helpless. So I took her mattress and pulled it into our room. Jasmine woke up so I took her mattress there too. So pretty much every hour I would hear her cry and cough, and I would jump up grab her and put her in front of the toilet. So needless to say, when I got up this morning to go to work at the gym, I was so tired! My Mantra was important for me, because I am fighting against the odds right now in my house. Hunter, Aliyah, and Caylee got it.
I realized when you dont get enough sleep it is much harder to drink water.
I did however stick to the shakes no snacks because I was going out to eat with my ISA-GIRLS!
We Went to Texas Roadhouse, all I can say is"ROLLS" yum!
SO this is what I ate:
Breakfast: Isagenix Shake
Lunch: Isagenix Shake
Snack: Zone Bar-
Dinner: BBQ chicken and a skewer of shrimp with mash potatoes ,salad and 4 rolls! (YIKES!)
snack: Creamie -120 cal
So this was my "cheat day" Luckily. But, I know tomorrow I will be back on track. I am actually excited to do my cleanse on Monday. Good- night!
Tomorrow will be a better day. :)
