none! ( I was so busy!)

Today for some reason I was soooo busy, running around doing errands! I did get my food in though, by just putting snacks in my purse. I feel like this week was average. I didn't do bad, but I didn't do exceptionally great. I think part of it was because I started Monday being sick, so I feel like I was recovering, part of the time. So for sure next week, my workouts are going to be harder and my food selections will be even better! I really do love this program! It makes me be aware what exactly is going into my mouth!

Here's what I ate:
Breakfast: Isagenix Shake
Snack: zone bar
lunch: leftover tacos with no guac.
snack: sugar snap peas, garlic bread(eek)
Dinner: shake
