8 (hallelujah!) I still felt tired though!
how I felt:
just still tired. I feel like my body is fighting to stay healthy
how much water:
48 oz. (I know, lame)
what exercise:
none
my mantra:
Keep going! I can do this!
So it was a peaceful night thank goodness! I couldn't handle another night like the one before. But, my oldest daughter woke up feeling sick. Yay, us. So its her turn to do all the barfing. It is interesting that she didn't want to go to the toilet, she was perfectly content in the bucket method, which I thought was grosser. Anywho, Today was a real drag. It was like my motivation went down the toilet as well! LOL.
I am sure many of you that start a new way of life in terms of health and fitness have days that you say "why bother". That was me today. Partly I think is that I feel that for 2 days straight I have been up to my elbows in crap. The never ending laundry and the demanding little cries of everyone!!! Ugh. So I realized this is the weekend, this is my hardest time. so to deal with everything on top of it makes it a little bit harder.
I have decided " I WILL NOT GIVE UP"
I did have little set backs but I know I will be right back on track. This evil little monster that got a hold of my family better just skip over me or I am going to strangle him.
Anyways, I wasn't the best at eating but, it wasn't horrible. When you don't stick to a schedule or a plan of food, yeah it can go out the window pretty quick!
Here is what I ate:
breakfast: Isagenix Shake
snack: 7 slices of turkey, with brown rice, melted cheese, and a handful of chips.(i know!! geez)
really late lunch:Isagenix shake
dinner: Arepas with Bbq chicken and cheese.( I know I told some of you that I grounded myself from those, but that is all that sounded good tonight, I didn't stuff myself, dont worry)
The whole time change really messed when I should of eaten. I will be better tomorrow! It will be Monday for goodness sakes!
