Honestly, didn't even think about it.
Ya, so you probably already can tell this is not going to be a way successful post. I know you are probably think "But Nathalie, You warned yourself yesterday on what you do!!" Why, didn't you listen?! My answer to that? Because stress was involved. Lots of it. I should of gone to bed early knowing that today was going to be busy getting Hunter out the door and getting the girls ready for grandma's. To top all that off, Hunter left with my car keys!! I was stranded! A prisoner in my own home!!! I wanted to yell, break things, kill Hunter for doing it!! I ate to cope, and to get my feelings at bay, I ate to get back at him. But, really I wasn't punishing anyone but myself. Of course, now I am mad at myself. So today stunk, and it stunk bad. I almost feel sick.
So here I go, hopefully I can remember everything I ate:
Breakfast: Isagenix shake
snack: baked sour cream and cheddar chips
lunch; leftovers chipotle chicken on 3 corn tort.
snack:Homemade banana bread
dinner:shake with berries
snack popcorn, more banana bread, yogurt creamie
