My Mantra:
I LOVE MY BODY
I Woke up feeling really good and skinny! LOL. I had to weight myself and I lost 4 pounds! Yahoo. It is sooo motivating to help me choose healthy choices! Now, I promise I will not weight myself until next Tuesday. I think it is really important that you don't become obsessed about the scale, because it does more damage than good!
I went to a neighborhood playgroup today and I brought some snacks to eat. It is SO important to stick to eating every 2½ - 3 hours. Otherwise, you will start to feel hungry and that can lead to overeating and/or eating the wrong foods. I got a little off schedule and so I started to feel a little weak and I got a little headache.I didn't have a good start on drink water, but I realized that and started to be more aware of it. This is a learning process for anyone changing the way they were currently eating, so I have realized the more you write, type, or blog, the more you are able to find out what you actually do. Because I thought that I had everything down and was doing what I preached, but I wasn't. Being a mom makes time fly by! It makes you skip your meals, and makes you forget to drink water. Well its time to start taking care of yourself as well as your kids!! So, The advice for today is: Write it down!! Until you figure out what you need to do and until your changes are HABITS!
Ewww, so at the gym there was a booth with sample of protein shakes and so I had one and can I say EWWWWWW! I am so glad Isagenix shakes taste so good! Whats worst is that it made my stomach hurt after!
Ok here is how my day went:
breakfast: Isagenix shake
snack: string cheese 60 cal, Isagenix fiber cookie 90 cal,mini-muffin 50cal (from play group!)
shake: Isagenix shake with 1 strawberry
snack: zone bar 200 cal.
Dinner: Chicken Piccata with Jasmine rice 535 cal.
I am so proud! I didn't have a treat after dinner, which I can totally have every night!!! I just drank more water. I rock. LOL.
Hi Nathalie - I just found your blog through Amanda's blog. I probably need to blog everything I eat and drink too (like I did in the beginning) but I haven't lately. It makes you more accountable! I so love finding new Isagenix blogs for inspiration. I am 45 lbs down in a 80 or so lb weight loss journey and Isagenix has made it so easy. Check out my blog sometime if you get the chance (http://soskinnyontheinside.blogspot.com). Stick with it - I know you can do it!
