spinning, ran a mile, squats, calves, legs, abs

my mantra:
I am athletic

Today started really good! I pushed myself working out, and I actually felt strong! But, as the day went on my body started to feel sore and tired. LOL. But I had to keep going! Since this was happening I noticed I was a little more irritable. I just need for my body to relax by going to bed,but it is already almost 11pm! Hunter leaves tomorrow for Moab. I am starting to notice when he leaves I overeat, maybe its a way to replace him? Not sure yet, but atleast I am starting to be aware of it, so I can do something to change that habit. Wish me luck.

Here is what I ate:
Breakfast: Isagenix Shake
Snack: chips and homemade guacamole
Lunch: Isagenix Shake
snack: cheddar cheese rice cakes
Dinner: chipotle chicken with Jasmine rice, veggies

Good night! I am exhausted!
