So why have I been feeling so tired? 2 things, I need more sleep. And I have taken on a special surprise project for my dad. I have had to work fast since he is out of town and should be back on monday. So that has taken a lot out of me. I can't wait til Monday, I am actually looking forward to cleansing! I guess because I missed last Monday. I want to lose a little bit more! So I can add it to my ticker! LOL. Tomorrow will be a challenge since we are going to the in-laws for m.i.l.'s birthday. Usually I am not tempted by their cakes because they buy yucky store bought, but this time I am making it! I made Tres Leches which she loves, and so do we! Yummmy!
Today eating was fine, maybe not strict as the program, but I feel like I didn't stuff myself, which I can sometimes do all day long on weekends! I can see I am changing, not talking about appearance(even though that is nice), I am thinking differently about food, and actually listening to my body more. That is where I see the 30 day is also important to start on. In 9 days you don't have enough time to learn this new habit, the way you associate yourself with food. I have learned so much about myself and still discovering, so I am grateful.
This is what I ate:
Breakfast: Isagenix shake
snack: 1/2 isagenix bar
lunch: english egg muffin and a zone bar
snack:baked sour cream and cheddar chips(needed to choose something better)
dinner: Isagenix shake with berries!
