How horrible, but I didn't workout.

So today is Friday!!!!!! I am a little nervous! I already have friend outtings and hubby dates scheduled, so it is a CHOICE that I have to make!!! I might be saying this all day "I choose healthy foods for my body!" I will keep you posted as the day plays out. 1st stop my friend Stephanie's house for lunch. Here I go. Ok,so I really have to be proud of today, it wasn't perfect but not bad. I didn't get my 2nd shake in, unless I do one right now as a late snack. I just might because that would be better then a treat! my sister and her hubby came over and I made dinner for everyone(even though i had my meal already), it wasn't planned but I wanted to since she is WAY pregnant and I wanted to help her out by not having to cook. I did cook healthy though.(I didn't take a picture this time).I also didn't make it to the gym, dang. I will make up for it tomorrow!All in All, this is a BIG progress for me!!! Especially since its the weekend.

So here's what I ate:
Breakfast: Isa Shake w/greens
Lunch: Chicken Stir-fry with Brown Rice (thanks stephanie for cooking healthy) and 1 serving of chocolate chip muffin
snack: Baked Sour cream and cheddar chips(I know, not the best)
Dinner: Pineapple Chicken with Brown Rice
