So today I feel AMAZING!!! No headache,just tons of energy! I also woke up feeling skinny again!! I am loving it! I can tell a difference in the mirror already, and it excites me to keep going. I am a little nervous of the weekend because that is usually when everything goes to POOP. So that will be a challenge, but with all the excitement of finally feeling like I am getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight, I hope to do better. I will do better!! It's all about deciding now what my treat is going to be and just sticking to one and not tons!
So I've decided that I want to start a blog(what another one?...Yes) on just healthy recipes to help people know what to eat. What do you think?
Here is what I ate:
Breakfast: Isa-shake with greens
snack: 2 eggs on 2 corn tortillas and 1 fat free slice of cheese-225cal
snack: zone bar 200 cal
late lunch: 4 chicken guacamole tacos on corn tortillas 520 cal
late dinner: Isa-shake
P.S. You would be so proud, I went to a Pampered Chef Party and I didn't eat a thing! I passed CHOCOLATE CAKE! GO ME.
