Some thing about the weekend that makes me think I have a license to eat. I am working on changing that, but as most of you know it is hard.
My sore is a little bit better, but still there. Ugh. I actually am doing A LOT better eating on the weekends since when I first started this blog and it makes me happy. I know every week I get better at something. I soon will be an A+ student! LOL. I need to get back on track on going to bed early because boy oh boy I TOTALLY feel a difference!!!! I love sleep, so I don't know why I fight it every night!
Here is what I ate:
Breakfast: Isagenix shake
snack: 1/2 an Isagenix bar
lunch- IsaPro with a splash of vanilla shake and 1/2 a bar. Dont ask, and dont try! LOL
snack: guacamole with chips
dinner: chicken noodle casserole made with brown rice pasta
