stair-stepper for 20 minutes, ran a mile at 6-7 mph ( go me), shoulders, bi/tri, abs
So I am loving the sleep I am getting, I haven't exactly gone to bed right at 10:30 but, it still is a step up! The first 2 nights I couldn't fall asleep, but I laid there anyways, my body is starting to get use to it! Yay, I love it.
So I feel like I am starting to sound boring. Like I just write about the same old same old. So I have had times where I think, why the heck am I still trying! And then I remember its for me, not them. So there you go. If anything just scroll down to what I ate for the day and yell at me.
Here is what I ate:
Breakfast: Isagenix Shake
Lunch: Isagenix shake
snack: popcorn
Dinner: chicken and shrimp tacos with homemade guac.
snack: a yogurt creamie
