SO this will be short since it is late. Today was non-productive! I was so sore from teaching 2 spin classes yesterday! I tried to eat good for the most part, but we went out to eat and I even made healthier choices then normal, but I ate pass the point of feeling satisfied. So I am going to acknowledge my cheat day and get back on track tomorrow.
Here is what I had:
Breakfast: Isagenix shake
snack: 1/4 cup of mac-n-cheese (from the girls lunch)
Lunch: Isagenix shake
Dinner: We went to wingers...I had a sticky finger wrap, with a baked potatoe, a salad with balsamic vinaigrette, I stole some of Hunter's steak fries :(
snack: went to a friends house and we had popcorn and m&m's :(
