Ah! I feel so good this morning! It has to be a combination of MORE sleep and the cleansing yesterday! So I have to confess, I had a shake yesterday! LOL. But, it is better than giving in to random food. I feel good. :) It's been a long time where I feel when I get up that I am ready to go!
Anyways, My next challenge is water. I have my good days and bad days. I need some right now. Hold on. Ok, so for me if I drank 80 oz or more I would be static! even though the recommended water intake is half your body weight in oz., since I workout, I feel like I need more, and it helps with the fake hunger feeling. Today I had a moment where I thought I should take a break from 2 shakes a day, then I went to the gym and 2 girls that hadn't seen me in 2 weeks said that I look a lot skinnier! Ok that is what I need.
Here is what I ate:
Breakfast: isagenix shake with Healthy greens
snack: 1/2 a Isagenix bar
Lunch: zucchini noodles with ground turkey and veggies spaghetti sauce, handful of tortilla chips
snack: zone bar ( which after I did, I didnt feel the best)
dinner: broccoli chicken and rice casserole (ok so I took one day off of 2 shakes)
