So today I felt really good from cleansing! I love waking up and feeling super thin! It's awesome! I ate pretty good today, I noticed my cravings for carbs weren't as high. I did eat 2 arepas because out of habit I would of seen them as left overs and thought mmmm so good can't pass up. I didn't pass up but I only had 2 and while eating the 2nd one I realize I didn't want it anymore! As well, for dinner, I usually pile on the rice and I really just took a tiny bit, and that was enough for me. I am so excited to see that my habits are changing! I can't wait to see what this month brings!
here is what I ate:
Breakfast: 1/2 isagenix shake(it was before the gym,so I just needed something)
snack: isagenix shake
lunch: 2 arepas with pulled bbq chicken
dinner: chicken stuffed with veggies, turkey bacon, f.f. cream cheese, and swiss cheese, tiny bit of Jasmine rice
snack: creamie
