I say oops, because I forgot to write on the actually Friday. It was a busy day. I started doing glitter toes, so I had an appointment, and then the gym, and then we went on a date to wingers again! I know we are sooo adventurous sometimes! LOL. We can home watched the Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution which if you haven't seen it, you should check out this.
And then I went to my friend's house to watch Vampire Diaries, and do her glitter toes. It's our little tradition to watch that show together.
So ya, that was my day....now for a quick tips for you people trying to achieve some weight-loss goals!
Here's what I ate:
Breakfast: Isagenix Shake
snack: a brownie( I know, they were calling my name!)
Lunch: Isagenix shake
Dinner: wingers sticky finger salad, asphalt pie, popcorn
snack: popcorn
