Are you ready to join my journey?!

So I finished my 30 days yesterday, and I am doing another one! It was hard some days but over all, I loved it! I am doing this in hopes to learn from my mistakes! I am going to change things alittle here. I still will write the sleep and the water, but how I feel I can just write it if I need to. And my mantra, I will just keep the same one for a week and then change it.

So are you ready for my exciting Journey again???!!!! COME JOIN ME!!!

So here I go!

sleep: 6 and 1/2
water: 102 oz.

Today was a really great day! I just can't express how excited I am for round 2! I will be sharing my new blog shortly with the recipes!

Here is what I ate:
Breakfast: Isagenix shake
snack: Isagenix bar
Lunch: Isagenix shake with berries
Dinner:Teriyaki Pineapple chicken~6oz, with broccoli 1/4 avocado and balsamic vinegar
snack: popcorn

P.S. I did not gain weight, I just went to the doctors and he said I weighed 170 when I started, I thought it was 175, so hence the fixing of my ticker! :)
