busy, but great!

15 min elliptical, 15 min stairclimber, 15 min of running (total 475 cal), bicep, triceps, abs

my mantra:
life is great!

Today has been a busy day! Well, the morning was pretty easy going, but then I went to the gym it was none stop from there. I went to from the store, to home, to a friends house that was having an easter party,to another friends house for her to cut my hair and to watch vampire diaries! So needless to say I ate on the go alot! But, it was pretty health, but once I slowed down it hit me that i wanted to eat. It was late, so I debated it, but I did in the end. I am tired so I am going to bed.

Here is what I ate:
Breakfast: Isagenix shake
lunch: 4 pancakes
snack: Isagenix bar
dinner: isagenix shake
snack: popcorn& a fun size m&m's
when I got home: 3 arepas
