I will give motivation tips, videos to workout even if its for a few minutes, and stuff we will vow to avoid for the day. You can also just leave a comment here and say I am in! This will be excited! You have your whole life to live, but for 2 weeks you can make good choices for your body to become the health machine it deserves to be!
