I CAN DO IT! I CAN DO IT!

What is your mantra? You are going to need a few on hand this weekend! I don't know about you, but the weekends are THE HARDEST for me to stay eating good. And you know that working out hard is not even half of what counts.
Pick some that move you, that inspires you, that makes you want to reach your goal! It can't be I want to lose weight, or I want to be skinny. Its got to be bigger than that. WHY do you want to lose weight, WHY do you want to be skinny??
Is it to teach your kids a better, healthier life? Is it to be able to have more energy to run around with them or to be able to fit into regular size clothes and feeling strong and confident? Is it so once and for all that you can prove to yourself that you are capable and strong enough to accomplish this goal of being fit? is it so you can feel literally feel better vs. feeling like crap from the food you eat... FIND IT AND USE IT THIS WEEKEND! on top of that I want you to say a statement right after that about yourself that you love. It is important that we love ourselves for who we are now to be able to move on to become a better person.
Once you start loving little things about yourself so will other people.
So say something like" I love my legs" (even if you don't believe it right now) Say it over and over. After your mantra, and after you catch yourself saying something negative about yourself.
