Almost time to pull out the swimsuits!

So Spring is pretty much here, that means summer is around the corner, which means swimsuits, or even just your summer clothes!! We all want to feel confident about our bodies, so this is the time.
Recommit! Recommit to yourself your goals about your health, weight, body, whatever it might be.
Things that will start helping you again:
1. Start drinking more water again! Half your body weight in oz at least! Before you give in for a snack drink a glass of water and stick a piece of gum in your mouth.

2. when you get the after dinner munchies, reach for a piece of fruit, a grapefruit or orange.

3. get back to exercising. If you dont have a gym membership, set time where you devote 30 minutes to doing things like jumping jacks, push-ups, squats, abs, lunges, etc.

4. some people say weighing yourself all the time is bad. But, if you weigh yourself in the morning, you can evaluate if what you did the day before worked or not,if you gained weight from one day to the next then you know it didnt work so do something different. ( I always skip weighing when I am on my period, why torture yourself during that time?)

5. cut back on eating bread, replace it with corn tortillas( make sure to heat them up, it taste better). Bread has gluten, most people are gluten sensitive. That is why you probably feel bloated after a carb-loaded meal. See how you feel, after 2 weeks from cutting simple bread and pasta. (you can find gluten -free pasta at walmart)
